Review for Balfour Beatty Community Apartments

Where to begin, besides whatever you do don't move in here. The office staff is very rude, they are very unwelcoming. When you place a work order maybe just maybe a month later it will be fixed. They care more about the yard being cut regularly than they do about the safety of the residents. You have to slam your doors extremely hard to get them to lock. Their are breaks regularly, to prove the apartments are unsafe to live in. An Balfour Beatty employee got attacked in the leasing office off Florida st. And Balfour did nothing to warn the residents of the attack. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart, the stove doesn't work haft the time, the frig makes loud noises. Sometime you can't use the half bath because it likes to over flow if someone is using the other bathroom at the same time. The rubber floor/wall border is crappy. The tile floors are a joke, within the first month they look like shit, even after you mop it repeatly. Stay away from this place, it's not worth the money or grief.
