Review for Balfour Beatty Community Apartments

I know lots of people who live in trident Park and other areas. They really like it there. Your rent pays for everything including cable and electric. I am currently waiting for my app to be approved. I guess everywhere has good and bad complaints. The staff seemed very friendly when I met with them. The houses aren't that bad...yeah the tile is ugly but I want one with carpet, looks really nice. I look forward to be very happy there.
