The surrounding lawn is lush and green, with picnic tables placed throughout. Residents are happy to say that the property is kept clean and well maintained. Renovations and improvements have recently been made to the parking lot and hallways. Residents have complained about noise and repairs and maintenance of the units themselves, saying it seems management prioritizes the appeal of the property as a whole rather than the needs of individual tenants. Residents find the on-site playground convenient for family fun close to home. Several floor plans are available, all offering plenty of storage space.
