Edgewater Towers is located on the edge of picturesque Long Island Sound, just minutes away from he city of New Haven. Units offer beautiful views and spacious floor plans. As well as being directly adjacent to the Sound, the property includes a pool. Residents say they are comfortable in their apartments, but noise can be a problem, and management seems a little preoccupied with acquiring money. Washers, dryers, and dishwashers are included in all units. Pets are allowed, which is a recent change. Covered parking is available at an additional cost. Residents feel safe in the secure building. Foundry Apartments offer quick access to I-95, public transportation, and downtown West Have nand New Haven. Some floor plans feature exposed brick walls, loft areas, second bathrooms, and individual attached garages. The apartments are located minutes away from many restaurants, beaches, and shopping. Each unit features spacious layouts with an abundance of closet space, newly renovated kitchens with new modern appliances, and carpeting. Residents have described Holiday Manor Apartments as a reasonably priced, pleasant place to live, and have called the maintenance staff highly responsive and courteous. Located directly across the street is the police station, keeping the neighborhood safe and quiet. Management screens each potential tenant thoroughly to keep the community protected and secure. The common areas are cleaned routinely, and the rest of the property is also well maintained. Located conveniently nearby is the town green, and all of the restaurants and cafes, shopping centers and stores, and entertainment offered by downtown West Haven. Beaches are minutes away.
