Apartment Review for Kenneth Gardens

I'm writing this to let people know that kenneth Gardens may look good and the employees may seem nice, but beware. The manager is not as nice as he seems. The secretary for some reason likes to give the tenants attitudes and acts like she owns the place. She doesn't speak English very well. The grounds look ok, but when it snows beware. They don't plow very well and the sidewalks are very icy. The fire extinguishers are outdated (expired in 1999). They don't care about the theives that thrive on their parking lots. My car was broken into 3 times, my tires were stolen off my car as well as my license plate, and my car was also dented by a child playing in the parking lot. In the rental agreement, it clearly states that children are not permitted to play in parking lot. When I asked them to make this problem aware, they never did. The apartments were sprayed for
