Review for Broadway Park Apts Apartments

Where to begin...Holes in parking structure walls, the hallways and lobby vacuumed twice in the 1.5 years I lived there, dirty and gross. Mold issue in storage areas (one tenant broke lease because her items in storage were ruined)...landlord is polite but sometimes hard to track down...noise level is pretty bad, thin walls...parking is extra so all in all, you do not get what you pay for...
