I lived here for a year during a fellowship -- and the location is VERY convenient. It's literally a block from the Capitol South metro, but the price is similar to others in the neighborhood much further from the metro. The building is generally quiet. I didn't require much maintenance (and did very minor things myself) and was generally content with the management.
