1) We didnt have heat in our unit from Dec 1- Jan 8, even though they tried to fix it, 6 weeks with no heat in the dead of winter is unacceptable. We were given 4 space heaters but they didn't help much.
2) BEWARE OF NATS- In the summer they were everywhere, in our apt, trash room, and leasing office. The Shaun told us they were unable to get rid of them because they were not crawling bugs and they did not know where they were nesting.
3) PAPER THIN WALLS, this place looks so pretty but don't be fooled.
