The place looks great and the people are nice. Overall I am happy with my apartment, but there are a few pretty big problems. My apartment is drafty and cold in the winter. I don't understand why, seeing as it's a brand new apartment. Actually I do understand why, it's because they were cheap with the windows and bought/installed windows that are not efficient. The bedroom is freezing all winter long and I stay wrapped in a blanket when I watch TV in the living room. In a luxury apartment, you would expect a nice lid on the toilet, right? Well they were cheap with that too and installed a piece of crap plastic toilet lid. The craftsmanship that went into building the place leaves a lot to be desired. The trim under the kitchen counter doesn't meet at the corner, making it look cheap. The dishwasher wasn't screwed into the countertop, so it always falls forward when I open the door (but the dishwasher does work and is a nice one). The doors (bedroom and bathroom) are a joke and belong in a manufactured home. There are probably other things I'm forgetting right now. My point is, I really like the place and enjoy living there, but they cut a lot of corners when they built the place and it really shows. Having said that, I plan on staying there for a while. By the way, if you don't like dogs, this probably isn't the place for you. There are a ton of dogs living in the building. The ammenities are great...gym, business center, circle pub. It's a nice place if you can ignore the sloppy craftsmanship in the apartments (don't be fooled by the luxury-like appearances of the building itself and the lobby).
