I have moved a lot and this place is decent. This is my second time coming back to the Lenchire. It is in a wonderful location across from the Cathederal. All utilities are included which is wonderul. The prices are unreal for the quality. I can walk to me metro station about, library, there are gardens at the cathederal to walk through, parks. Lots of traffi on Wisconsin so get a unit on the side or back.
They have parking underground but there is a waiting list, but you dont wait too long as sometimes grad students move out.
With the prices of things going so high, this is the perfect place to be. Buses come riht out front. Neighborhood is pleasant with resturants--Cafe Deluxe is 3 star and Catus Cantina is 4 star Mexican, walk to get groceries, CVS, Georgetown, Naval Observatory. It is wonderul. You can walk to Chevy Chase and Bethesda. This is a great place.
