Review Title:   I Strongly Disagree With "Truly Disgusting"

I will agree with "Truly Disgusting" on one thing, A two-bedroom apartment at Naylor Garden's can not accommodate a family of five. But, then very few two-bedroom apartments can. I have been renting a one bedroom apartment at Naylor Gardens since the beginning of the year and I am very pleased with my unit. I love the hardwood flooring. I have at least two large windows in every room, except the bathroom, so I get plenty of light. I don't even have to cut my lights on until it starts to get dark outside. I've only had to call the rental office once about a door that would not close properly and someone came out the very next day and fixed it. I know that I have neighbors below me and on both sides of me but, I've never heard any noise from them. There was this one time when I heard some children outside making a lot of noise but I couldn't do anything about it since it turned out to be my nieces who were coming to visit me! The grounds are kept very nice. There are people outside cleaning up every morning when I go to work. When it snowed this winter, they were out bright and early clearing off the sidewalks. There is a security patrol that circles the grounds all night long, which gives me a strong sense of security. Additionaly the security will escort you from your car to your apartment if you are not able to get a space close to your building, which I've never had to use because I've always been able to get a decent space. The metro bus stops right outside of my apartment. There is a shopping center with a CVS, Safeway, and Murray's and plenty of other stores within walking distance. If I drive five minutes up Branch Avenue, I have a Giant I can go to as well. And, my building has a laundry room with more then enough washers and dryers to suit my needs. I can go on and on about the all the benefits that Naylor Gardens has to offer but instead, I'll just end by noting that I get all of the ammenities and a beautiful one-bedroom apartment for only $682 month with all utilities included. As for the crime and welfare people that "Truly Disgusting" thinks has run the complex to the ground, I have to honestly say I haven't encountered any of this element. But, I will note that when I lived in NW, DC and Takoma Park, MD and was paying a furtune in rent and mortgage, I ran into it everyday! I can invite my friends and family over to visit me anytime without any shame, embarrassment, or concern for their safety, which is another thing I could not always do when I lived in NW and Takoma Park.
