Apartment Review for Avalon At Foxhall

This place is the pits! Moved in 8 months ago (4 months left in lease) and have regretted it ever since.
The owners/management is operating this place as a college dorm for children attending American University. These are not intellectual and mature graduate students here to study, they are kids who should be living in a school dormatory where adults can monitor their behavior.
If you are an adult considering moving here, ask your salesperson what the ratio of parent-paid college kids-to-adults is. Even though the number of apartments leased may be 50-50 or 60-40, the kids live 2 to a bedroom (4 people to a 2 bedroom apt)so tho ratio of 'people' occupying the premises is about 70-30 sophmorish students vs adult professionals.
Bottom line: Locally earned rent money would be better spent elsewhere.
