The Aventine Fort Totten apartments in Washington DC offer residents luxury living. The oversized windows are great for letting the sun in and the gourmet kitchens come fully equipped with either stainless steel or black on black GE appliances. In the bathroom you will have natural wood cabinetry with the option for a spa like tub. Each unit has washer/dryers and comes with spacious walk in closets.

I toured there about a month ago and the Gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable,and funny and precise! Too bad they didnt have 3 bedrooms like I needed but from the atmosphere everything seem to be nice and clean and the place seem very well- kept!
