Apartment Review for Barac Company

I cannot speak for anyone else who has rented from the Barac Company, but I can say this, I live in probably the only Maryland property that barac manages. In the state of Maryland there are really strict laws for tenants and landlords, and when you come home and you see people having sex in the parking lot where there are kids playing or when see people come and dump their trash on the property where you live,its too much! I am sick and tired of dealing with these issues. The next steps I will take will cause an investigation into the management practices of this company. Because in Maryland I have at my disposal my state and local representatives to spill what I know, and if that doesnt work, I will just go the media and see if that gets attention. I shouldnt pay someone rent that does not keep the property up to par.This next comment is for the person who said we should stop ragging on barac. What? do you own stock? do you live here? I guess you don't or would not have said something so blatantly stupid!!!!!! I have one more time to call and get put on hold for five minutes and get no one, because my next call.......will be to the county housing authority!!!!! <P>
