Apartment Review for Fort Totten Station

Extremely poor service. Everything is broken in the gym. You can hear everyone in the building and though they are supposed to have concierge service until midnight they are never there. I never get notice when packages arrive and the fire alarm goes off for at least 10 minutes once a month. They claim they fixed things in the apt when they clearly did not and would never do it when they said they would. They have double charged us twice and have discussed employee compensation and bonuses in front of me and other tenants in the leasing office. There is only one person who is amazing there, but she can only do so much. In addition, security sucks too. My roommate had someone continuously banging on her our door asking to come in. She called the front desk for security and they said to hang up and call 911. They never came by to check or anything. The elevator is extremely slow and is out of order for at least a week a month.

Overall, it is the worst facility I have ever lived in. I do not recommend it at all. It is not worth the price and the location.
