Apartment Review for Friendship Court Apartments

I have lived here for over four years with my two kids. When I first moved in and noticed I had mice I called the rental office, only for them to tell me they have never had a problem with mice and said that I was the only person that has reported mice to them ever. Well, I have caught and killed over 100 mice, no lie. I have called Housing several times, the hallways are always congested with teenagers smoking weed, eating carry out food and leaving it on the floor when they leave. Homeless people sleep, use the bathroom and smoke crack in the basement; sometimes they just sleep on the steps and you have to step over them in the morning when trying to go to work. I have tried every remedy I know to get rid of the mice, I even paid out of pocket for a private company to come in and exterminate, NO LUCK!!! The mice live here forever. The laundry facility is filthy, one time a racoon was in the ceiling, the washing machines are filthy and dryers are a joke. I just go to the laundromat. Garbage disposal works when it wants to, and the maintenance staff is a big joke. The rental office lady is really rude, so don't bother complaining to her! I have some really nice neighbors, and then you have the really trifiling ones with friends who come to visit. Did I mention the mice problem?? Recently, I have been having problems with huge mutant coackroaches, again the rental office says I'm the only one who has complained about them, and have yet to come out and inspect or set up a time to exterminate. I've lived in Southeast for a very long time and never had a problem with rodents inside of my home. I am a very clean person, so are some of my neighbors so.... there is no closet space and cable is constantly interrupted by bootleg cable people. This place is a bad dream, only reason I stayed so long is due to job and finances. Finally back on track so now I am in the process of getting the **** out, take heed to my words DON'T DO IT!!!!!
