Apartment Reviews for Park Triangle - Washington

I moved into this property when it was just open. It is a new construction in Columbia Heights. Fabulous apartments, granite countertops, concrete stained floors, stainless steel appliances, W/D in unit. It is expensive and small. Expect to pay upwards of 1800$ per month for a one-bedroom with parking. It is very nice though and the 2-bdrm lofts are amazing! My aprtment flooded twice and the management was extremely responsive!! I would suggest renters insurance. I love the place but the only reason I'm moving is that the building is very couple--family--pet oriented. I think that is great for those that are not single professionals looking for a social outlet where they live. If you are new to DC and are busy at work like I am or if you have few friends via work or school it will be a long year!!I think I've seen my floor neighbors 5 times all year!! <P>
