Apartment Review for The Abby

I have no AC but so far the summer has been good. The apartment definitely needs a few things fixed (I think there is mold in the kitchen) but the apartment is gorgeous and if it was taken care of properly it would be a gem. The only other problem is that the guy who lives above me is loud at the oddest hours of the night- around midnight-two am it sounds like he's running back and forth around his apartment. Other than these things, I like life here and am considering renting long-term as long as the mold problem is fixed! <P>
