I have been a resident for over 2 years and have had no problems until recently. About a month ago I reported that fleas have infested my apartment. They told me that they would contact me within a few days to fix the situation. After waiting a few days I called them and they told me to wait again and again. I've called them 5 or 6 times, they have not called me even once to let me know what is going on. My neighbors have complained that there are fleas, and they do not care. This place is trash and I am looking into legal options so they will respond to my complaints
