I've lived here for 2 years now and I love it. Many of my friends and family have moved here too because of the ammenities and paid utilities. I love it the way it is, but they have been making improvements. Best Features are the central a/c, and pet costs. No Monthly pet rents, they don't even take a fee. The deposit is $500.00 and refundable.
