The Mayfair apartments are pretty decent even though the building is old. They are clean, nicely painted, and have nice wooden floors. The staff is very helpful and are timely in getting back to you. The maintenance man is great and very helpful. Overall, I like living here. I wish they would make the laundry room look a little nicer though.
