The Whitney is simply ok. Wilmington seems to lack many nice apartments, so its passable considering the other options. Common areas look very dated. Some of the office staff is very nice. Other staff members have way too much attitude. The apartments themselves are nice. It seems that there are a lot of old people that live in the building.
