Ignore the website and model tours they are pure propaganda. When my wife and I first moved in we spent three hours going over the units deficiency list to insure we are not charged for the poorly maintained unit. The kitchen cupboards were covered in a sticky film, the floors are so uneven my infant son can roll a ball to one end of the kitchen and wait for it to roll back to him. The carpet can only be described as disgusting with a unique odor. The latest paint job is accecnted by pieces of hair and there are so many push pin holes in the walls we lost count. The single pane windows allow you to feel like you are a participant with every conversation that occurs in the parking lot and the windows vibrate in rhythm as the thumper cars go by. The plus side is you can get a foot massage as the people below you blast their entertainment systems and the floor boards begin to vibrate.

Recent move-in seem to have more frequent and wilder parties and cant seem to understand why their neighbors dont care for their 2:00 am parties and coming out in the morning to find crushed beer cans on cars, discarded liquor containers, and cigarette butts all up and down the walk. In the past two months we have had multiple arrests for under age drinking and multiple people passing-out in front of my unit.

Office staff changes are stabilizing they moved from the receptionist who would flirt with me everytime I went in to pay rent to a lady with an interesting tattoo on her breasts. The current Ops Manager, Tabatha, doesnt seem quite up to the job and my interactions with her have lead me to believe this company does not believe in customer service. The maintenance staff does what they can with what they have. When the latest rent increase came around My wife and I laughed so hard we almost wet ourselves.

This location is not for everyone. If you have tattoos, multiple body piercing and love to visit raves this is the place for you. Otherwise I suggest you go elsewhere.
