Apartment Review for Prides Court Apartments

I am a current resident and I wish I never moved here. The heat in the apartment is controlled by the office. Currently in my apartment it is 30 degrees with no heat coming from the floor vents. Spiders are a huge problem here and they will not rectify or treat and bug problem properly. The bathroom walls are painted with the wrong paint instead of using kitchen and bath paint they have used flat eggshell paint. This paint in a bathroom harbors moisture so mold in the bathroom is a huge problem. I told the office about the mold problem and no one has came and looked at it. I believe its black mold. I will be reporting this company to the BBB if something isn't done and if anyone has any suggestions please comment.
