Review for Haverford Place Apartments

Please don't rent here unless you want to live in a third world country. It is horrible! Parties all night long and drunks leaning against your car at night. Mexicans in the dumpsters going through trash. (actually inside the dumpsters) Some apartments have 10 plus people living in them! Management will not do anything about it ! I was told to call the police! The Apartment looked cute but it smelled so bad inside, it is no way to live. Old carpet that had a bad odor that would not go away, they would not replace it and I told them the first day that I moved in it had a horrible odor. No central air, just one air conditioner stuck in the living room wall, the bedroom gets so hot you can't sleep. It is very depressing. After I moved out they charged me for new carpet! I couldn't believe that! I could see if they gave me new carpet when I first moved in and it was dirty when I moved out and they charged me, but to give me filthy dirty carpet and then when I move out charge me ? NO ! I have known people who broke there lease to get out of there. Oh yes, you can't have a visitor between the hours of 7pm until 7am or they will be towed because of the parking situation, the Mexicans from the other apartment complex and all of there friends and relatives park in our lot so we have no place to park. They made a little visitors lot by the dumpsters where there are a few spots to park but you will have loud partiers leaning on your car and breaking beer bottles all over the place. Management does not care at all, after all she knew who and what kind of people she was renting to. She does not care ! All I can say is you will be making a mistake if you move here. I wish I didn't waste a year there. People spit on the hallway floor and throw trash all around inside and outside, kids write bad things on the walls and on the brick building, I have had my door mat stolen, another lady took her shoes off before she went into her apartment and when she went to get them they were stolen. Management would not do anything about it. Management doesn't do much of anything helpful. Gladis let alot of things go on and she turned her head to it all. I will never forget what a horrible place this was. I am very disappointed in the management and how they handle things, I expected to live in a nice place and ended up getting charged for there dirty cat urine smelly carpet they forced on me! Thanks Gladis for nothing!
