Review for Scarborough Park Apartments

I have lived here for 3 years, and it has gotten worse and worse. The roach problem is one of the many reasons why I am moving asap. You can complain untill you turn blue, but they do nothing about it. The maintenance (if thats what you want to call them) are rude and smart mouthed. The managment does nothing about that either. What ever you compain about they always say, well I have no controll over that, I'll have to contact my boss about it. Well, what are you there for?
