I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 2 YEARS NOW AND AM VERY HAPPY. I WAS SKEPTICAL ABOUT MOVING TO THE CITY AT FIRST BUT WAS REQUIRED BY MY EMPLOYER. IT DEFINITELY HAS A SUBURB FEEL. ALL CONSTRUCTION IS CONCRETE SO NOT NOISY AT ALL. ALSO, MAINTENANCE IS ALWAYS DONE RIGHT AWAY WITHIN 24HRS. THAT'S ALWAYS A PLUS!
