Apartment Review for Korman Residential At Stratford

If I could give a negative number, I would. I relocated from California. Sadly, I rented a unit...sight unseen. Though I had a myriad of issues, I'll keep it short.

-Prior tennant housed their cat in the walk in closet. Within a couple days, all my clothes smelled of cat urine. Mgt's remedy: gave me a "Stick Up" deodorizer! Wow!!

-My shower/tub was clogged on a regular basis. When I called to have fixed, I was told it was not an emergency and they would send someone to "check" within the next couple days??!!

-Had a bug problem. Guessing they were coming from the apartment next door. They never did remedy the problem.

-Car broken into in the parking lot.

-My son has severe allergies. His doctor suggested we move due to the uncleanliness of the common areas. Even with a Doctor's note, mgt refused to void the annual contract.

Soooo many more stories. Bad place. Bad management. Bad upkeep. Dirty. etc.
