BEEN HERE FOR A YEAR NOW AND MY ONLY COMPLAINTS IS SINCE I GOT NEIGHBORS EVERY NOW AND THEN A ROACH OR TWO. TRUST ME I AM A NEAT FREAK AND APARTMENT STAYS CLEAN AND SANTIZE. PARKING IS NOT TOO BAD AS LONG AS I GET A SPOT I AM FINE. NOISE LEVEL I LIVE IN A FAIRLY QUIET BUILDING. I HAVE TO ADD OCCASSIONALLY TOO PEOPLE IN THE PARKING LOT DRINKING BUT AS LONG AS THEY ARE NOT LOUD AND UNRUDELY THAT ARE A OK. MAINTAINANCE CAN BE A LITTLE BETTER THAN IT IS. BUT JUST AS I DO WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM YOU HAVE TO KEEP ON THEM WITH THE PROBLEM UNTIL IT IS FIX.
