No one takes the time to compliment only to complain. Since the new owners took over sometime in July of 2008, positive changes were made immediately. Not just in appearance but in the quality of tenant allowed to rent. They always respond to maintance issues and send someone that is trust worthy and won't creep you out being in your appartment. The owners are hands on and can be approached with anything.
