Review for Lake Carlton Arms Apartments

Well my husband, my 2 kids and myself have lived here for a year we just renewed our lease. It is a pretty good place to live we have had problems with maintaince coming out to fix things. Our upstairs toilet overflowed and they did come out quickly to fix but still has not sprayed the enzyme spray to prevent mold everytine we call for them to come do it they say oh you have to wait awhile it has been since before christmas. My dish washer doesn't work we have had 3 maintaince men come look at it and they say it is fine. It doesnm't wash my dishes but instead it breaks them(all I want is a new one) we don't have time to wash by hand all the time. As for security we were having a problem with my father inlaw and I called up to the security gate to let them know not to let anyone that gives our name and address and that didn't work they still let him in. The apt. is big for the price. We are getting brand new wahsers and dryers in all the laundry rooms. But all in all it is ok like most other complexes.
