Review for Lake Carlton Arms Apartments

I'm not sure why these people have had such bad experiences here at LCA. I personally think it is a GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. The office staff is wonderful. They are friendly and entertaining. The courtousey guards always do what they can and are also very friendly. I think the people who wrote those coments need to look at what they are doing. Customer service is not an easy job. When dealing with this many people on a daily base it can get fustrating. Considering I think they all do an awsome job. By the way, there are 3 heated pools and pest control comes once every ohter month but are here every Wed. and will do it FREE OF CHARGE. What more do people want?
