The property is based on how much money comes in. Efforts are made on the outside and units that are being sold. The apartment that are rentals Management/Maintenance does not make any effort to do repairs on the Walk inspection after they have taken your money. Apartments are filthy after offering me 3 other apartments to move in, which were worst than the prior one. To date I have requested need repairs get done and mainetance has refused to do it. Its not in the budget. I ask "What was done with the Security they kept from the prior tenants"?
