Rented: From 2006 To 2007

Our family moved into this place August 2006 after a co-worker said it was a "good area." Yeah, right! I was relocationg from the midwest, so maybe by South Florida standards...anyway, everything promised on paper or ads were outright lies. Fitness rooms are dumps; nothing ever works; as far as I know, the pools are still not in adherence to code; every other day, there were rubbers or clothing in the pool on our side; often, local punks would throw chairs in the pool.
Empty apartments' patios become trash dumps and management does nothing about it; trash builds up to overflowing for days; office staff is like a revolving door & those there barely speak English.
THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, WHICH IS PRETTY TYPICAL QUALITY FOR SOUTH FLORIDA!!!
