Apartment Review for One 51 Place Apartments

They currently have a bad staff that is inconsiderate, uncaring, deceiving, and the apartments do not meet the standards of the model apartment shown at the time of the tour given by the leasing agent's on site at this property, the trash compactor is very inadequate for the size of this apartment complex (more than 300 units), the water company they use is outrageously costly – look them up (NWP Services is their name at www.nwpsc.com), the grass here is terrible – it stays weedy, wet, and full of ant beds, people here very rarely pick up their animal waste, insects run rampant even though they swear by their Pest Control Services, the stair ways and hallways on all 3 floors are always nasty, getting light bulb outages fixed is like receiving a miracle, vet records are NOT required from residents and to many large breed dogs live here (Pit Bull's, Rottweiler’s, German Shepard’s, Husky’s, Malamute's, Doberman Pinscher's, Chow Chow's, Great Dane's, but no Saint Bernard’s here that I’ve seen YET! BIG BREED DOGS DO NOT meet the lease requirements but continually are moved in – what is the Manager Marsha thinking??? AND, my building sounds like a large breed dog kennel all the time, I could go on BUT won’t, I DO AGREE with other reviews in that people should come on by and see everything here for themselves. BE SURE to talk to residents currently living here by all means, FORM YOUR VERY OWN independent opinion, BUT DO CONSIDER taking it from someone living here now who was fooled by the show I got on my personnel tour and now lives in regret since recently relocating here - it is an unwise choice to move in here.
