would rate this community lower if possible. The property is is poorly kept: rotting wood planking, rusty fencing and iron work, the driveways have not been repaved in some years. The apartments are leased with multiple repaprs outstanding: old caparting that smells strongly on chemicals, is stained, poorly patched and feels slimy underfoot, screen doors that are falling off the track, toilets that do not flush properly. The tenant makeup is questionable, with racous parties late into the night carried on by low class individuals who respond only to a uniform. Jerry Springer's TV Show might recruit from here. The management office is run by a bunch of mostly immature and unknowledgeable women. My advice is to look VERY critically before renting here. Walk around the property alone. See what lives here and how poorly the property is maintained. I did not, and each and every moment has been a misery.
