Cheap apartments but you really get what you pay for. The parking sucks! Can't find a parking spot near your apartment for anything you have to park and walk basically. Maintenance takes forever to fix something in your house and if your on the first floor or if there is a floor on top of you get ready to hear all the feet stomping upstairs. They skimp on lights outside so that your car can get broken into without anyone seeing it. If you dont mind that this is the place for you!
