Apartment Review for Atlantic Arms East Apartments

this has to be the worst apartment complex i have ever lived in!!! they do not provide central air just heat you have to supply window units and your only allowed to have 2 per apartment i live in a 4 bedroom 1 bath!!! they do not keep up on maintenence at all! the office staff does not hold up to there promises i would not recommend this place to anyone!!
