Dont be fooled by the outward appearance or the staff woman offering you a discount on first months rent... she does that for a reason. First night at Boca Colony, my car was broken into. There are people hanging around the parking lots all night, throwing beer bottles, yelling. There is only one parking spot per apartment, and if you try to park your car anywhere else it will be towed and you will be fined. Office personell is rude, condescending, uncaring, and looking for any reason to charge extra fees. I was once falsely accused of property damage and they tried to charge me $400 for a sign I never went near. The door knob on the front door falls off regularly, the windows leak, the AC leaks, utilities are insanely high, the bathroom floods, the power surges regularly. Stuck in a 1 year lease and can't wait to get out.
