this is a very dangerous community with sooo many problems. there was always water all over my kitchen floor and my bathroom door fell off because the hinges were so rusted. the window got broken by neighbors, there were people using and selling drugs all over the place, often right there in the parking lot. you only get ONE parking spot per apartment and they are about a zillion miles away from your apartment. the staff is fucking RETARDED. they aren't helpful or friendly and they were just mean right from the beginning. only attraction to this complex is that it is the only one in boca to accept co-signers, but it's not worth the shitty living environment you get for your money...
