Review for Crystal Palms Apartments

dont ever never!!!!!!! rent here. First of all, the so call "Management " is the worst thing you can possibile imagen, they can do and say everything in there power to make you sighn the lease. Then when you sign it and you know that you have a place to be, they will find you another fee that the forgot to tell you about. and it dosent end there, not to mention the deposit that you`ll never see AGAIN!!! And when we called to complaine about the people who works here, the person that talked with us, and present himself as the one that incharge of the communitis, told us that he is going to take care of our problem and come back to us the very next day. we never heard from the head quarter again! Make sure who you neighbors, because they not going to tell you that the person that lives in front of your apartment (4ft away) as some problems. he, like alot of the tenants cant sleep at night, and so do you!!!!! every night at the parking lot ther is a drug traffickers, with loud music. not to mantion that there is a drug addict group that lives here, that the " Management " failed to tell you about. And the list is long.... The "pool" you cant realy swim in it cause its dirty. few times i wanted to go but i saw frogs swiming inside so i pass. isnt seposed to be purefied???!!! how can the frog swim??? And its not the only animel that you going to see in this disgusting place, and i am not talking about the lizards, i am talking about the rats that running around all around the community. and the cockroach that you cant get rid of.

Dont you ever throw your money even if it looks like a nice place, as soon as you move in the problems will start. DO NO RENT!!!!!! RUN AWAY!!!!!!
