Living at Cypress Lakes was a horrendous experience. The maintenance is incompetent and the management team acts as if they don't know the meaning of customer service. From day one, everything went down hill. We've found a snake on our door step. Our roof continues to leak and the plumbing is messed up. During our seventh month stay, we've called maintenance to fix the same problems at least 15 times. My hub caps were stolen. And now mold is growing up and down the walls for several weeks now. If you plan to live at Cypress Lakes at Boca Rio, I hope you have tolerance for all of this because the management does.
