I lived here several years, the complex changed management 4 times, the present property manager "Jana M. Brown" and assistant manager Mariann, Andrea Duque..is the worst of all of them, I am so happy to leave. We had basic cable free, security in promises all night, a decent and clean landscape and buildings...garbage pick every week...since she arrived all of these are gone, robbery is daily, police is in almost every night, the had visit from the swap team, secret service, FBI, a man died on the pond, a murder was leaving amount us....they charged you for background check?????I don't think so!!!!
The place is trash, the class of people renting, in the last few year are very low.... garbage everywhere, parking full of working trucks (those trucks SHOULD be parked on the outside parking space, specially design for this purpose), it is NOT parking space available for your car... it is nails and screws in the parking lot, car tires are been damaged. Manager team enters in your apartments with any excuses, parking lights are none, very dangerous, and fire department penalizes them several times....
After the hurricane they demanded the rent on time, penalties was applied even though the majority of apartments were inhabitable....leaking...mold, windows broken, roof holes, etc. Manager stated it was not her problem...after two months and a LOT of complains the repair finally started.....
In one word it is a nightmare.....maybe it is affordable but by not mean worth your peace
