They will screw you over at every chance they get. If you are in building 6 there are drug sales that happen at night behind the parking lot. They have no security as they got rid of all security. The office will lie to you about everything. The grounds keeping takes care of the stuff that is visible from the road and in front of the main office, but they won't clean up the areas around the apartments. The parking is awful, with the ammount of people parking their business vehicles and their personal cars in the lot if you get home after 5:30 you won't be able to get a spot in your lot. The office is pretty prompt when they want to get more money from you on the other hand. They will threaten to bill you for things that they can't even prove you did (my upstairs neighbors chain smoked and threw them over the railing to the ground in front of my apartment, and they threatened to bill me for all the cigarette butts that they claimed were mine... which is amazing considering I don't smoke. They also will not give you any notification that rent is going to be raised when you move out, (they upped my rent by 28% upon renewal, and when I couldn't afford to stay another month they kept my deposit and then told me that they would have to bill me for not giving them 2 months notice that I was leaving). Never live here, unless you like living in filth, and you love cockroaches beacuse this place is loaded with them.
