Review for Harbour Town Apartments

after the hurricane hit in oct my bf n i went to visit my family in pa..we decided we were goin to pay to break our lease..we spoke to equity residental n they said we could just go to the leasing office n give them our money n our keys n that would be it we didnt have to give any type of notice..the leasing manager even told us the same thing...we got our deposit back in the mail and they didnt even give us half stating that we didnt give them 30 days notice before leaving..but they said we didnt have to..that is one of the problems with these apartments..thank god we are out of there..the maintance wouldnt come for at least 48 hrs if u had an emergency.. one time our circuit blew n our fridge was on the circuit that blew n they didnt come out for 48 hrs to redo the circuit n all of our food went bad and we just went food shoppin that day n there is is this one lady in the leasin office that lives in the apartment complex n she thinks she's harbour town police or something..but she isnt..this apartment complex sucks and so does equity residental so never rent from equity residental or move into harbour town..or u will be sorry..n want to get out..but then again this is just my opinion..
