We moved in at the end of April 2009. I like the fact that I can have my large dogs here and many other residents also have large dogs. We get the dogs together to play and the humans get time to meet their neighbors.
The playground leaves a lot to be desired and should not be called a playground, it's more of a play area.
The people in my building and area are friendly and made us feel welcome. Only real issue I have is the downstairs neighbor has 2 small dogs that try to bite whenever they feel they have a chance and bark a lot.
