Review for Saddle Creek Apartments

Heaven forbid something needs to get fixed in your apt. Because no one will get around to it for at least a good few months!!! And everytime you call the office to ask why nothing has been fixed yet they just say its on a work order they will get to it as soon as they can!! Get it fixed soon my A**!!! Some teen punks broke into my car the other day and I called the office and got hung up on, when I tried to notify them about my car getting broken into! The police officer told me that at least 10 other cars have been broken into and vandalized in the past two weeks just a few buildings down from mine! Also there is a crack head drug dealer one building over!He has deals going on 24*7 I go out to walk my dog at night and there are cars packed with groups of people making deals . I've seen them exchange cash for product!! The high school behind these apts is loud when they are having football games! no matter how loud you set your tv on you can still here the noise of the marching band/cheers etc!! for at least 3 straight hrs count on it at least once or twice a week! neighbors are always loud! very thin walls! Carpet is not new when you move in! They just have a carpet specialist come and clean it! There also was a sex offender living in these apts a few months ago!!! can you say background check please??!!!I would not recommend moving in here it is hell! I cant wait to move out! There office staff has turned over at least a dozen times since i have moved in!
