Review for Hamptons Apartments

Noone knows what goes on behind the scenes and there are always two sides to every story. So please keep this in mind when reviewing this site.
Please understand that The Hamptons is a condominium community. This means that we rely on association dues to maintain the community. If you are asked to contact your landlord with concerns, it is because your landlord is not paying the dues necessary to maintain the community in which you live. This is a beautiful community. The problem is that there are too many residents and owners looking for a free ride. We can't pay our bills if you don't pay yours. Futhermore, at no point did any office staff memeber attempt to steal money from anyone. Requiring payment of which you rightfully owe is not stealing. In closing, I would like to plead with owners and residents to live up to their agreed upon responsibilities and obligations; and let's work together to build a more pleasurable living environment and a strong, united community.
