Review for Lakewood Shores Apartments

I am currently a tenant since April/May of 2009 and I live on the first floor, I have a neighbor from hell that moved in June 2009. I have filed several complaints and even had to call the police out (which was advised by leasing office Manger Armando) to resolve the issue. Over a month of complaints and calling Customer Relations for Concord, we finally had a meeting (My self, the Manger and the tenant above me) And basically was advise the Tenant above me has been a resident over 3 years and never has had a complaint (which he transferred from one property to this one so who knows what floor he was on previously or what hours the neighbors around him worked) So I was offered by Armando (the office Manger) to move out with a 60 day notice and would not have to pay the one months additional rent to break my lease. A week later I received a called from Armando stating I might not have to move out because he was working with his boss to get the issue resolved and would give me a call back. Nerveless to say it now has been a month and I have left several messages for Armando. I am starting to get the impression they are going to try to hit me with the additional month rent because I have also asked for the verbal agreement to be put in writing and I still have not received it and it less then a month for me to move out. And on top of that there are bugs inside the apts called silver fish and I googled them to see what cause them to be there and the number one reason was mildew! In eyes view I don’t see any mildew which means either it under the carpet or in the walls. The breeze ways are dirty has hell and maintain is a joke. I have been waiting on a month to get my master bedroom drain fix in the sink and a counter top in the kitchen repaired since moved in. Concord Management does not deserve any ones money!!!
