Review for Versant Place Apartments

I rented from them for about 8 months and at first everything seemed ok. Then things started to change. The office staff when we were moving in was very nice. Then they were down right nasty. If you do rent from them make sure you write everything down that is wrong with the apt. When we moved out I hired a cleaning service to mint out the apt. They still charged me $36 for the drip pans and $30 to clean the oven which was not in perfect condition when we moved in. Originally my wife was going to stay there while I was working out of town so I wasn't on the lease and we told them I would be there when ever I was not working. Then we got a letter stating that you can only have someone overnight for 10 days in a 12 month period or they would evict you. So watch out the manager Vicki is a nasty, nasty person who when I offered to bring her new drip pans which only cost a couple of dollars told me nope it is what it is pay. When I refused she put us in collection. I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone also the class of tennents is getting worse.
